  : The shower has no hot water or water pressure. The blanket on the bed is so thin it was like having 2 sheets to cover with. I was never told that breakfast was served at a certain time, so we missed breakfast. The sheet on one of the beds had stains, and we had to lay on top of the blanket to sleep. Thank goodness my son brought his own blanket.

  : If I could give it a zero I would. No one was ever at the front desk. The room was not clean other than the beds and they were super hard. It was suppose to be two queens and it was two full beds instead. I asked for more towels because we only had 2 and she gave me pool towels. There was loud partying all night long so none of us slept the entire night. And the shower barely worked at all and there was a ring around the inside of the toilet. And on top of all of it they charged me an extra $30 for plus a $15 fee for our dog.

  : Everything! Was disgusting, the shower head was hanging out of the wall, roaches in the bathroom, pool had no water, floor had rotten spots all in it, refrigerator didn’t work, microwave wouldn’t even pop a bag of popcorn. Staff was horrible wouldn’t even bring towels when asked.

  : The room was dirty, marred floors, no stopper for sink, no robe hook in bathroom, the noise from the air conditioner kept us up all night and the breakfast was so bad I had to go out for breakfast. I really should get a full refund and I will be contacting trip advisor and google rating

  : I asked for a follow-up reservation for 7/26/2024 I was given a business card in which the phone number was disconnected so I was unable to confirm the reservation. I called days inn( india) and was told I had a reservation for 2035! Then they checked again and found one for 2020? Calked booking .com and couldn't get through because I did not have a itinerary number not happy with the hotel or booking .com. I was afraid to make a new reservation in case I was charged twice. Oh the pool was empty, in July!!!!

  : The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean.
  : The pool was under repair and we were not able to use nor told it was temporarily out of order. Because I prepaid Using booking dot com, they said I could not get a discount applied for the pool being inoperable. We could have picked another hotel with a pool had this fact been noted on the website. The hotel has an awful smell. Not the rooms per se’ but the lobby, hallways and general areas. Rooms were decent and comfy for price. The back door of the hotel did not lock, therefore using card reader for entry was not secure. Not a safe feeling environment due to door lock being unlocked and vagrants pan handling at nearby intersection.
