  : The jetted tub advertised did not work. The beds were horrible. I had to buy a bed pad topper for the queen bed that all you felt was the springs in every direction. The place needs a deep cleaning. The dust was so thick that my allergies kept me miserable. The kitchen worked nicely and the washer and dryer were convenient. The area was convenient. For the price I paid I was very disappointed.

  : Upon a rival it was a little surprising. It was quaint and had a lot of character.
  : It had a moldy old house smell, wasn't very clean, but we were able to manage

  : Location was excellent for what we wanted to do during our stay.
  : Had to run the water for 15 minutes to get hot water. Shower head needs replacement, the water shoots out all over. The TV needs to have instructions for individuals coming from another area and are not familiar with the programs on the TV or how the two different remotes work. Ceiling lights do not give out much light, very dim.

  : it was not equipped I had to go buy essentials such as pot plates etc. there were no items to clean the place if we happen to make a mess no broom no mop one small dish soap no cereal bowls I really feel I spent more time making my stay livable then I was forced out by the cleaning staff when I’m the beginning of my stay I requested a late check out I spent 500 extra in essentials that should have been provided

  : No coffee maker when it was listed that there was one. Only 4 towels for 4 women for 3 night stay. I called on Friday morning 8am to voice my concerns was told it would be resolved upon returning 12 hours later it was not handled. I called guest relations with vacassa did not feel like it would be resolved so I called local number. 40 minutes later issues were resolved sort of. A 4 pot dirty coffee maker was delivered with no coffee filters cream sugar coffee. There wasn't even a follow up phone call. So other issues with the property Front entry door very hard to shutThe one porch step rail loose Pocket door leading from dining room to living room had mold on itVarious parts of wood floor weakBathroom window part of window had been replaced with plexiglass and the window blind did not cover lower part of window people could see through very unsafe.Mantle had broken piece of glass covering it with a broken vaseThese are all safety issues that should be taken care of Iam not even going to mention other problems
