  : The rooms need a lot of upgrading. They smelled bad, musty and old. Floors were dirty and felt like they were damp. Outdoor furniture needs to be upgraded. The pictures on website dont show what the property i is like.
  : Needs a lot of upgrading. New paint, furniture and flooring. Outside pools were great. Private beach is misleading. But the beach was beautiful and well kept and the beach chairs and umbrellas were nice.Restaurant and food was good. All staff was very friendly. Property is old and website is very misleading. We were overcharged for our stay. I need to contact customer service.

  : The property is extremely tired. I would say Rooms are not great needs a huge uplift. When we arrived our gulf room view was awful , bathroom tired so asked for a further room, which they did, a little better but disappointing . I think at present this hotel is 2 stars . However it is on a beautiful beach, has lovely pools, staff are amazing and housekeeping was good too . Endless beach/pool towels and water available all the time. Sunbeds plentiful and umbrellas for beach , no need to get up early!! Food good too. Pool bar and evening bar staff all nice and welcoming . Parking on site too plus a trolly bus is provided throughout the day to go into St Arnand Circle where shops and restaurants are , plus a 5 minute drive too.
  : As above, so tired .. no washing facilities as we had been travelling . I also think their photos of the hotel are wrong when looking on this site, apparently they were put on their from 8 years ago, according to hotel , not a true reading now, so please note rooms dont look like that now! Most Americans we chatted to complained too .

  : The Sandy beach Is nice and staff Is super kind. Parking inside the hotel Is useful.. very quiet position. Nice swimming pools.
  : The rooms need complete restoration. Half of the lights in the rooms were not running. The WC flooding water day and night. Cleaning of the rooms... Not the best thing of my stay.

  : Room needed fixed up. Mattress was worn out. Door couldn't be locked from the inside. The room certainly didn't deserve a 3 star rating.
