  : Historic, architecturally was perfect, location.
  : Had to move to another room after initial check in. Original room bed was about 18 inches high. almost had to roll off the bed onto floor , then stand and exit the bed. Shower had chair ( was discolored) that took up most of bathroom space. No vanity for toiletries ….Receptionist was beyond rude, did not pre -advise that we were assigned a handicapped room - Ethen 2 other non-handicapped rooms were available. Receptionist wanted to argue and justify assigning us to handicapped room. Did not give us the option to consider non-handicapped room. Effectively argument and rudeness ruined our holiday vacation stay at Pinion. Cannot recommend the property. Then to top off, a truck leaked huge puddle of hydraulic fluid all over the auxiliary parking lot. No effort was made to soak up the fluid. Was still moist when loading our car for departure ok 2nd day. Housekeeping and restaurant service staff were very professional and attentive to guests. Initial reception staff rude, condescending,argumentative…

  : Location. Very comfortable king size bed. Beautiful flowers outside. Breakfast area inside & out was lovely. We asked for & received a ground floor room. We parked immediately in front of our room which was extremely convenient.
  : This is a very tiny thing, but will mention as it was the only negative. Only one washcloth for 2 people. I went to reception area & picked up another one. So no big deal.
