: Location and walking proximity to downtown Santa Fe shops and restaurants. Hot tubs. View from my room. Large room size. Ability to log into my own Netflix/streaming accounts and have the system automatically log me out in case I forgot before checkout.
: Phone handset didn?t work- speakerphone only. Pool deck WAY too dark. Major tripping hazards. Too dark by hot tubs. Batteries in TV remote dying. When I want to relax w TV late at night and I can?t because I don?t want to call a tech at that hour

: It was clean and nice, and the people were friendly and helpful.
: The bar and restaurant hours. I would prefer that they be open all day. Also, the service was a bit slow in the restaurant.

: The property is located on a super place downtown Santa Fe
: The breakfast, very sad, it is separate from the Hotel , so that can be the problem, The staff was not motivated, very grumpy! and not doing they supposed to be doing , I have talked to the manager about it and he knows are feelings , he credited the invoice of the breakfast , hopefully he is doing his best to motivate that people in the breakfast room
