  : Very nicely appointed room. There was a power outage and staff was communicative and helpful throughout to ensure everyone was taken care of. Common space was large and comfortable. Good Internet. Comfortable bed.

  : The property itself was great. Weird smell in the communal areas but not in the rooms. We booked the two bed "rooms" and thought we were getting an apartment. It was expensive for two bedrooms. The area had a lot of good restaurants, but the bad news is we had to walk past a lot of homeless and drug affected people to get there from the train station. We didn't feel safe and had to go out of our way to avoid this. On the last day our door lock wasn't working and was unable to be fixed so we checked out early and took our bags closer to the train station. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was really comfortable. But it was an odd experience with no staff on site to assist when the door got stuck.
  : Homeless issue in the immediate area requires caution. A lot of people milling out front of the train station as we arrived. We really felt like we had to be on our guard.

  : We stayed in the two room suite and it was a large space for two people. The beds were comfy. Great location with plenty of coffee shops and eating options nearby.
  : The code to my room didn't work throughout my stay, which made coming and going stressful. I kept having to use the customer chat helpline in the Sonder app to get help accessing the room, and each time it would take about 10 minutes to get in. Having no staff onsite was frustrating in these moments. It wasn't until the last day when my friend bumped into a member of staff that they explained there is a knack to getting in the room, which involves pulling the door knob towards you whilst entering the code... it was frustrating that this critical bit of information was missing in the check in instructions and by the staff advising me on the chatline throughout my stay. The code to the front door is quite long too so I had to get my phone out to check it each time I entered. One time I went to go in there was someone smoking weed in the doorway so it didn't feel very safe getting in and out. Also the luggage room lock was broken when I stayed, so even though it says in the app that you can store your luggage for free before check in, it isn't secure.
