  : Nil. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
  : Very poor room. Strong smell of disinfectant. Safe not working. Broken furniture strips. Overall dirty room. Elevator had to be operated by hotel staff. Poor breakfast with paper plates/cups. Plastic cutlery.Very poor hotel location with smell of urine/faeces/drug paraphernalia. Felt dangerous.

  : Nothing. They cancelled our booking and were extremely rude.
  : I called the hotel before arriving late at night to ask about parking. They told me that my booking was cancelled. I had a confirmation number and welcome email in my inbox. The owner/manager was extremely rude over the phone and not helpful even though they still had room at the hotel. When I originally booked this hotel months ago I booked and cancelled twice because the booking.com was glitching and I had no confirmation email. I even contacted booking.com about that happening. The third time I booked the hotel it finally worked but I wonder if the owner was upset about that and cancelled. We arrived in San Francisco at night and had to scramble to find a last minute hotel with our family that included kids at midnight. It was crazy but I am glad we didn’t stay here since the reception was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. We travel a bit and use hotels a lot and this is the first time this has ever happened. Whoever I talked to is a disgrace to the Hilton brand.

  : The breakfast room was like a thousand degrees and out of most of the items. Poorly managed breakfast.

  : The location wasn't horrible to go over to the trolley cars and be close to Union Square.
  : Staff were rude and not helpful. Breakfast was in an extremely hot area. There are tons of homeless people right outside the hotel, and their version of parking is overpriced and not convenient. Your vehicle does not remain on-site as suggested. They take it to a parking lot and refuse to tell you exactly where.
