  : I loved the Management Company, things were broken (not working) and they immediately fixed everything. The owner did not update the property whatsoever but the Management Company went above and beyond to make things as comfortable as possible for us. Example: Coffee maker did not work. The Management Company turned up at 7:30 that night and replaced with another. Stove didnt work, the Management Company turned up with a grill. They were so awesome but owner, not so much.
  : The condo was dated.

  : Location was great for getting out on the beach. Convenient for shops and restaurants.
  : The fact that marijuana is legal and could always smell it while sitting out on the balcony enjoying the view! Too many homeless people meandering around on the boardwalk.

  : Convenient location to beach, restaurants and shops ample space for 4 adults.
  : Originally could not enter condo apt with code given Had to call for help to receive new code. There was only 5 glasses, 5 forks, bed was to hard for us. Needs some updating bathe room ceiling (rust ) first bedroom could use a chest of drawers and the toilet was running on and off. Update bedroom TVs.

  : Close to the beach.
  : Condo was not clean, very dirty carpets, sand in the unit everywhere had a mold smell in the unit, very noisy location. Did not provide a decent ocean view. Parking could not fit our large SUV. After long discussion with the property manager, we checked out and moved to another property that did not have kitchen facilities, therefore all our food spoiled. Cost us alot of money and valuable time to relocate. Only good part was the owner agreed to refund our money.

  : We expected street noise but Friday night there was a party across the street that went past 2am. Could not sleep because of the volume. The tub is unsafe - needs non-slip surface and grab bars. Entry instructions unclear - address is actually on a different street. Need to press the padlock button after the code to enter the condo.

  : Great location, walk to beach, dining and shopping. Very convenient. Nice to have free parking.
  : Stovetop had only one working element out of four. The kettle was rusty inside. The two pots had deeply scarred cooking surfaces, should be replaced. No salt, pepper, sugar, coffee or tea provided. Old carpeting. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Loud volume music from nearby bars/restaurants until 2AM.
