  : steps from the beach.
  : The description of the location was very misleading. It is NOT steps from mission beach. My family and I wanted to stay walking distance to mission beach and this rental was actually an hour and a half away. Had i known that , I would NOT have booked it. The house did not have a clean smell. the dishes were dirty upon our arrival. Regulating the water in the showers was very difficult. My nephew/niece burnt themselves while showering. The parking is VERY tight. Its a shared garage with someone that lives upstairs and they drive a VERY EXPENSIVE vehicle.

Disappointing

  : Location fantastic. Only a couple of blocks from the beach. Beds were comfortable. Patio area nice. Beach towels and toys provided.
  : Windows and screens were filthy. The dining room window had hand prints on the dirt. Was told they only clean the windows every 3 months, but for the $250 cleaning fee you think the cleaning people could have cleaned something so obvious. When complained, someone did come the next day and cleaned the dining room window indicated. They offered to do the kitchen window but the cleaning solution was so strong told them no. Only a sheet covering the foam topper on one bed. No pad underneath. Mold around bathtub in one bathroom. No airconditioning! The only good breeze came through the front door but there was no screen door and flies came in so had to keep it closed. Had portable fans, but again the grates were dusty and dirty. Don't let the price listed fool you. By the time all the fees are added the price is almost doubled.
