: Very rundown, air conditioner not working, lack of staff attention and communication, spa broken, ice machine broken, sliding toilet seat, etc

: The property was in a convenient area. And about 12 mins from the beach
: The parking spaces were small. Many people took up two spaces because of it. The hot tub wasn’t filled. The lady when we checked in wasn’t accommodating yet heard her accommodate other guest as they checked in. Will not be staying here again due to certain aspects.

: Loved the location.
: My daughter tried to take a shower at night before bed. We had zero water in our room, sink didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush, no water would come out of the shower when it was turned on. When I pay that much to stay the night somewhere I expect the very basics to work without a problem.

: The two sisters who work at the front desk and Johnny the maintenance guy.
: The boiler was on the fritz so there were a lot of problems. The hot tub was down. The tv is painfully slow to boot.
