: I liked the part of checking out. I also liked the part of telling staff there was a bug in the restroom and they did nothing. I also liked telling them I was disappointed with what I had paid.
: When we first checked in, the man was sitting in the lobby, then he went around the counter, then checked us in didn’t even say hello and that’s where the first red flag was. We got to our hotel. It smelled like damp and like some other odor. I thought maybe it was because it was so hot but it didn’t go away. When I went to go turn on the air conditioner it was so filthy and dirty. There was stuff inside the vent. It looks like I had a mention for a long time. And then we went to go swimming, and the cement is cracking, it was very dark the water but my son still wanted to swim so we did but then we immediately got out. When it was time to take a shower, there was a bug on the curtain and later there was a spider that killed right by the TV. And throughout the night when I was sleeping, I just kept smelling different odors and I don’t know if it was because of whatever was in the vent and the air conditioner or from other rooms but it was disgusting then in the morning the breakfast was really sad. There was just yogurt bread Juice and apple juice. It was really sad and it was not clean. The tables were sticky. The chairs were sticky. And then I did not want to be a Karen, but I just had to tell the lady that I was not happy with the room itself and for the price that I paid she did nothing. I then showed her a picture of the bug that I found in the restroom and she did nothing. She just said OK and proceeded on didn’t even offer a discount or credit or anything. I would have asked to change rooms smell, but I was so tired. I just wanted to get some rest but I should not have because I felt gross.

: The breakfast consisted of toast, butter, jam, and joghurt. We would have liked to have more variety and better coffee.The area is not too central.
