  : This was the nastiest place Ive ever stepped foot in. At the last minute our 4yr old grandson went with us. We arrived early so I asked if we could check in early. Desk clerk let us but it cost me $20 cash. I had no problem with that. He put us in a room where the wall lamps were broke and hanging by cords on the wall. The tv did not work. The smell was awful and the ceiling in the parking garage was pouring water from the rooms above. I went to the office and canceled our stay there. The clerk said I would get fully refunded so that is what I requested and now they wont respond to messages. I have even asked for a partial refund and cannot get a response I asked about the pictures I saw on line when booking the room and he said the pictures were what booking.com put on there. If that is true then booking.com needs to change the pictures because they are very misleading I have used booking.com several times but I will not use you again Especially if I dont get a refund. As a matter of fact I would like to be taken off your list as a customer. I really dont want my name associated with you if this is the way you operate. I am very disappointed. We had to come home a day early because we could not afford to stay another night anywhere Im thankful my grandson had a good time at a cardinals baseball game and the zoo but as it was our anniversary my husband and I were very disappointed having to cut our stay short and not getting to do some of what we planned. I hope someone looks into this nasty place and I think booking.com should not have their name associated with them. I regret not taking pictures of the filth the room they put us in was From what I saw it wasnt just that one room either. There was also someone that checked out or canceled their stay there before we did and I assume for the same reason. The whole place was disgusting and made us nauseous from the smell and filth. Also the bed linens were full of cigarette burns.

  : The bed was big and comfy. AC worked. That's about it.
  : Everything was broken. The fridge, TV, sink light, and toilet were all broken. They jerry rigged the toilet but it still didn't flush properly. The property itself was in disrepair and mostly everything was dirty. At least the bed was made with clean sheets.

  : We needed to swap rooms because the first one had broken plumbing, water on the floor, and smelt overwhelmingly like smoke.
  : The new room we were moved to still smelt like smoke. We were told it was cleaner. The sheets and blankets had cigarette burns. The AC was off when we arrived and took hours to cool down. The bathroom door wouldnt shut. The room was overall uncomfortable. We were also forced to leave a $50 cash deposit in case we smoked. Then when they returned the deposit, they didnt even check the room which was comical. If youre looking for a bed to sleep in that is a mile from downtown, this is it. However, do not have any expectations.

  : It looked like it was closed, no other cars there, they had razor wire around the fences, and there were drug deals going on in the parking lot and fights.

  : Everything is old and falling apart, a syringe in the air conditioner, no cable or local channels so you cant even watch the TV, only one pillow on bed, bed was old and squeaky, toilet leaked on the bathroom floor, tub looked atrocious. Horrible

  : The building is old. Not well maintained. It smelled. They tried to make us give a $50 cash deposit at check in for a non-smoking room with was a false. It has an obvious smell of stale smoke. It was right under the highway. Pretty shady area.

  : There was no breakfast,no Wi-Fi,no towels,wouldnt give me a refund,the manager was super rude!! Found old food in the first room so we got moved to another one and it was no better! Cigarette burns in mattress it was a horrible experience.
