  : We liked the view, the balcony, and the fact that it had a sitting area off from the bedroom. We also liked the little kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and counter area. A waterfront restaurant, breakfast cafe, and pizzeria were all within a short walk from our room. The rooms were nicely decorated.
  : Our first issue as soon as we walked into the lobby was a water leak. The water system was turned off while plumber did repair. We arrived about 3pm after we just did a 3 hour drive. Water wasn't back on again until about 7-7:30pm. A broken pipe is not the hotel's fault, but that was our first experience upon arrival. Also upon arrival in the lobby to check-in, I had to say hello and walk around the plumber's ladder and stuff to find someone to check-in.. We were told there was no water and were given our keys to room #11. We walked into room 11. The carpet throughout was filthy and smelly. It's a pet friendly hotel, but carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. While the room was nicely decorated and generally clean, there were some elements of wear particularly on entrance door, bathroom sink, and broken sliding screen door by balcony. Outside balcony furniture was dirty. I didn't realize that the rooms are individually owned and rented through a managing concern. My husband and I used to stay here many years ago so we were looking forward to coming back. Upon leaving 3 days later, my husband said he would not go back there again.

  : Being on the first floor there was a lot of noise from outside as people would walk by as well as the tour boat right on the other side of the porch
