  : Cheapest room I could find, but still expensive. Front desk staff was very friendly.
  : Some rowdy patrons were a. It unsettling. Looked like some people may have been long term tenants? Served the purpose for a quick overnight but wouldnt recommend for much more than that.

  : I've never seen a dirty place like this before. this was not a motel, this looked like a housing facility. Booking.com should have a certain criteria on who aversities on the website. The pictures were no accurate. reception asked us if she wanted to send housekeeping back, you would think the room would be clean before giving us the door pass. Why would a motel have a full size fridge?? Cause it was not a motel.

  : Location only it looks like you arrived to a complex of a bunch so called white trashed this is what it looks like..
  : The staff, the loud of the tenants the dirty room and the place itself, a lot people smoking in front of your door room, lack of security in the hotel A lot of tenants drinking a smoking , it looks like the city allocate them there like they lived there

  : the rooms inside are fine, they treated me with kindness. the room that I had was ideal for the occasion 2 beds as in different rooms being in the same one.
  : I didn't like the way it looked when you arrived, you were disappointed to see that many people out there had clothes on the line, all of that gave a bad look, there were too many people outside that at first glance seemed like a help center for the homeless.

  : Dirty. Looked like ppl lived there and was garbage on ground outside rooms. Multiple bugs in the room, stains on bedspread and chair. The door was missing the upper deadbolt so I put a chair in front of the door when we were in for the night. Didnt feel safe there at all!

  : This location rents to long term renters. Loud music and illegal drugs as well as occupants hanging out on the balconies. I would not recommend this location for a family stay.

  : Horrible hotel this is a shelter. Nothing.
  : The hotel staff is nasty. The guest live there because is a shelter. I had to call the cops because the people that live there party all night and smoke weed. The rooms are dirty. Cigarette butts were found by the AC. Is not a safe place. Please dont book it. Is worst than staying in the street by the garbage can. When the police arrived the people from the shelter were using profanity with no respects to the police.

  : A MUST READ- THIS PLACE WAS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. We pulled up and there were some very seedy characters in front but I tried to pay it no mind. I went I to the office and it smelled. Got my key card and proceeded to our room. The door was disgusting. Again, tried to take it with a grain of salt. Walked into the room and I can tell you I have NEVER been in such a GROSS space. Lets start with the beds. They were small. My sons bed had dirt on it. There were HOLES IN THE WALLS. One was about 4 or 5 inches big. The walls were scuffed with DIRT everywhere. The base board moulding was atrocious. There were bugs that had been killed on the walls and left there. The bathroom walls were so UNSANITARY. There were pencil drawings on one wall and crayon on the other. There was a DIRTY FOOTPRINT on one of the walls. An article of someone elses clothes was in the room. BUT THE ABSOLUTE WORST WAS WHAT APPEARED TO BE BLOOD ON THE WALL. I kid you not! It looked like a finger was bleeding and someone rubbed it on the wall. It was about 4 inches long. Seeing all of this and having paid over $200, I went to the front desk. They told me to call Booking.com. After allot of back and forth Booking.com offered me a $21 return. I declined just on the principle and decided to make everyone aware. We eventually found another room for $200.
