: I liked that it was a close drive to the beach very convenient! The room was everything we needed! No one bothered us and we came and go as we pleased!
: The outdoor pool was closed, I just wish they would’ve said that on their website. There was a day we planned to stay at the hotel and relax by the outside pool. But not a huge deal as we came for Hampton beach and the indoor pool was open

: The location is great and convenient for our needs. The staff is great.
: I didn’t like that the rooms are cleaned daily but understand. However, I feel that we should have been advised when we checked in so we would know what not to expect. This is my only complaint as I love the location, staff, and facility.

: The location was near many of the things that we wanted to see on our trip. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for the five of us to enjoy and not crowd each other. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.
: The bathrooms had a very strong and unpleasant odor. The carpets were extremely dirty and so much so that when walking with bare feet, our feet were literally black on the bottom of them and we had to shower in order to remove the filth which tells me that the carpet had not been shampooed in a long time. The second time that we used the dishwasher, it ran all night without cleaning the dishes and the dishwasher was very overheated when we discovered it still running in the morning. We had to wash our dishes by hand to get them clean. We had stayed there about 5 years ago and it was decent then, but this hotel could use some updating and renovation.
