  : Toilet was dirty and when I brought it up to the front desk staff I was offer a toilet cleaner to clean it myself. Anyone renting a room for a vacation would expect to get the room clean. Instead I was told I could clean it.Hallways were a complete mess.

  : Staff was awful. Soooo rude. I booked it through booking.com. got there at 4am after driving all night. They couldn't find my reservation and harassed me for 45 minutes. I finally convinced them to give me my key and desk with it directly with their 3rd party booking vendor. I was told since I checked in at 5am after they wasted my time that I could check out at noon. The floor on my room was beyond sticky. Had to pry my shoes off it. Room was dirty. Smelled like heavy cleaning solution. Gave me a massive headache. Tv didn't work. Place was a total shitshow. When I checked out this extremely rude front desk guy confronted me about checking out late. I told him to talk to the late night clerk about it. When I asked where the ice machines me Said they didn't have any. I travel ALOT. He was lying. This is a big hotel. They have ice machines. He was just being an asshole. When I told him tv didn't work and I wanted a discount. He ignored me. I repeated it 3 times till he finally says I heard you. Never once did he apologize or try to make it right. Very arrogant, inefficient, rude customer service. Should not be attending to people. Do not stay at this facility. Overpriced. Dirty. Terrible worthless breakfast. RUN TO ANOTHER PROPERTY. TERRIBLY MISMANAGED.
