  : Lights didn't work in some places. Wi fi didn't work Fixtures hanging off wall. Couldn't lock bathroom door. Washer didn't work, Shower glass wasn't stable. AC unit made whining sound all of trip.

  : Lack of cleanliness. Holes in discolored furniture. No wifi. Jet tub not working. Exceptionally filthy and scuffed walls. Holes in walls. Missing baseboards on all walls. Floor so dirty that mine and my children's feet were black. Exposed wiring on floor outlet. The floor to ceiling windows would have been nice if we could have actually saw through them. They were inches thick with green filth. Elevator also out of code date. The pool is GREEN. There is no bike rental or boat rentals like the website states. I stayed in this hotel a few years ago and it was awesome. What the heck happened!?!! This place has become so rundown!! Disappointed is an understatement :-(

  : I like the location and the view minus the tree blocking some of it.
  : The floors were very dirty! They have not been cleaned in along time. After walking around in bare feet the first evening, our feet were black as if we walked on the road. These are beautiful floors that have not been taken care of in a while. When we walked in it did not smell fresh and clean it smelled like a Cigar. The trash was left from previous person that housekeeping missed and when we informed them of the situation they were not at all friendly. The windows need to be cleaned. They were full of mildew on the exterior limiting the beautiful view outside. Customer service was not very pleasant when we informed them of the left trash. If you want your customers to start laundry then you should leave laundry detergent there for them to do so. There was no soap in the main bathroom. VACASA needs to know of this and would hope they address this for future guests.
