  : The property itself was fun and unique however it needed some updates and fixes. A couple of the facets were broken, one of the beds was broken but they were quick to fix. The furniture, while dated was in fairly good shape with the exception of the dining table. Many of the dining chairs were risky to sit in. The stairs to the second floor did not feel safe and had a lot of give in them when going up and down. There was room to add a more modern staircase and make it more accessible to more people. We enjoyed our stay and loved the quiet beachfront. It is a total gem in the rough. Be aware that there is no outdoor lighting and makes the comings and goings at night dangerous. We would consider staying again but there are concerns. Thank you for sharing your little piece of the beach with us.
  : The outdoor lighting made coming and going in the dark precarious. It appears they had some but was in disrepair.
