  : Great view from the balcony and the double doors that open up made it enjoyable to allow a great breeze in. It was only a short walk to the beach and had two big pools to utilize.
  : The neighbors next to us recently purchased the unit and were remodeling so we had to listen to grinding, jack hammering, etc every day when we were trying to put our toddler down for a nap. Had we known there would be construction we would’ve picked a different unit. We went on vacation to relax and enjoy ourselves and we were unable to enjoy our time in the unit during the day due to this. Tenants should submit a form of when they plan on making loud noise due to remodeling and this should be advertised in the website to allow people the decision to select the unit or not. We were definitely not happy about this.

  : Lot of issues, dishwasher wouldn't work, garbage disposal quit working, sink wouldn't drain, only 1 out of 4 stove eyes worked.

  : The kitchen appliances were dated and rusted. There was no laundry soap at all even for 1 laundry. No dishwashing liquid soap or scrubber.
