  : No internet, unable to watch tv, pool was green. Took 20 minutes to get ahold of somebody to check us in on the first night. Employees were not in uniform. They tried to get us to pay more and was only accepting cash. No soap to wash when they came in to clean the room. Breakfast was very limited no waffle mix only one type of cereal. Only a few muffins were available. No fruit Somebody knocked on our door around 11pm the second night and woke us up. This was not a smoke free place. Elevator was not working had Something very suspicious is going on at this motel and we would really like to get our money back. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We did not take pictures as we did not feel comfortable there but stayed knowing we were not going to get a refund and I didn’t want to waste my money.

  : No TV. Staff were unprofessional. Staff need to dress up or require uniforms staff very sketchy looking. Staff arguing with one another. Room was dirty. Breakfast area was dirty, no coffee or juice. Housekeeper was trying to put out breakfast. AC was leaking onto the floor in our room. No swimming pool, pool looked very discussing.

  : This La Quinta has a lot of promise with the right management and housekeeping , otherwise, it sucks , you would think that district management would be checking on this Windham motel , the room we were given wasn't cleaned , the room we have now the door doesn't lock very good. Plus, someone didn't have their dogs on leash and made a run at us in the hotel on the 2nd floor . Finally, their TV has been out for months . The guy checking me in said they normally charge $140/night, but we got a bargin for $82 . Wow, what a bargin. I'm a google reviewer in the top 10% with over 2 million reviews online , Windham is going to really get raked over the coals .

  : The hotel La Quinta by Wyndham Ponca City should be removed from being an active property. It is seriously neglected and the health code inspector was there writing them up! No one was there upon arrival, with cleaning members scrambling to check us in. The AC was out throughout the hotel, nothing stocked in the store, TV’s out, pool was green, rooms were filthy (I was put in a room with a very dirty bathroom) and there was no other staff other than cleaning. It took 2 hours for someone to show up as the “manager”, and act as the supposed staff. No one seemed to know what they were doing and acted so unprofessional, cussing each other out, unable to find clean rooms. Safety became a real issue… and we did not feel comfortable staying at a place so unkempt and disorganized. Walking to find a clean room with a health inspector is beyond unacceptable… and there wasn’t a clean room to find! This hotel should not be active or listed. It is nothing as advertised! We had to stay elsewhere after hours of wasted time. The most appalling and scary experience I’ve ever had going to a hotel, and this is a national chain.
