  : The room was comfortable with a full size refrigerator and stove and plenty of room to spread out on the couch. I also loved that there was a smart TV since hotels usually don't have good cable channels.
  : I was not given the room I originally booked because there had been some water damage. This would have been ok except that I was supposed to have been given a discount since it was a smaller room but I was not. Also one of the filthy hogs staying there stole.my Doordarshan food as I was coming down to get it and I had to pay double for food. I guess that's not the hotels fault though. I also would have preferred not to valet my car so I could come and go as I pleased.

  : closest 3 star to downtown Walnut Creek, 8-10 min walk. Easy check in & out process. Room equipped with essentials for a longer stay.
  : Starting with parking; there is none. Your choices are a 40$/day valet, or $1.50/hr metered street parking. That’s pretty absurd. For 300$ a night, and 150$ small dog fee, i feel like at a minimum there should be basic accommodations for a dog…i.e.; a dog bed, food and water bowl. The room had a window facing a wall 3 ft away. Essentially, there was no window. That’s not ok. Again, for 450$ a night, one would expect a private balcony as standard. Not a windowless cave. Lastly, for whatever reason, the main hotel photo was of an entirely different building two blocks away…on every site. That’s blatant misrepresentation.

  : Location was very convenient to downtown facilities. The staff was friendly.
  : The housekeeping services were subpar. On one of the days of my stay, no one came to attend to my room. I didn’t get new towels etc. The room was not cleaned.

  : No one would cone yo fix my toilet. Had to ask for a plunger and deal with it myself. TV is hard to operate Lights on a motion sensor. If I sat still too long than all the lights went off.
