  : The bed was comfortable. But I had injured my knee and asked for extra pillows and there were none. So my boyfriend and I each got one pillow. There is also no ice machine on the property so we needed to make our own ice from trays. When we opened the refrigerator there were no trays, and the refrigerator was not plugged in. My boyfriend went down and asked for trays, thinking it might have been part of the kitchen set available and we had not asked for them, but she told him they were in the room already. I went down and asked for the trays she told me to check on top, I went and checked no trays. Went back down the elevator and finally got the trays to make ice for my knee, which we would have bought but thought this nice hotel would have ice.
  : I had injured my knee and needed to elevate and ice my knee and when I asked for extra pillows there were none available, nore was an extra blanket in substitute. I also over heard another customer ask for a cot for his child and that was also not available. I had reached out to the property a head of time about pots and pans being available, and I was told they were at check in. When we checked in the kitchen commodities were also not ready.

  : The property needs an upgrade. Elevator got stuck with my mom inside for 10 mins. We had children and my disabled Auntie and we had to walk up and down the stairs the whole time because of being of afraid of getting stuck with her In there. That can cause her to have an Episode. The beds are very uncomfortable. This was our first time at an Extended stay pretty sure this will be the last.

  : Close to home….had kitchenette …..air conditioner!
  : Bed super hard!….had to ask for another pillow, was told No!……had to go front desk to get pots/pans etc….had to go a second time for ‘extras’ such as cutting board etc………asked for coffee pot,was told none available…. Elevator only worked intermittently! So sad about what’s happened to hotel since we were there last year!
