  : The apartment was large and spacious however the vaulted ceilings made us feel like we needed to whisper to not disturb neighbours. The bed was extreamly comfortable even with the center dip. The washer and dryer was useful as we needed to do laundry. The location is top notch...so many great spots close by. The facilities had a gym and yoga room / roof patio that would have been great to use but we had plans elsewhere!
  : We were told strictly we could not check in before 4pm nor drop off bags. We were left standing in an alley for 45 mins by a dumpster waiting for the cleaning lady to bring keys to lock box after waiting at a near by patio for over 3 hours...only to have the apartment floors sopping wet and dirty from obviously an unclean mop. I used a bath mat to clean floors and sent photo to Booking and owners. We should be allowed to drop bags if staff are running late. we lost half a day of our vacation.

  : The apartment is lovely. It’s a comfortable, livable apartment in a building with real residents. The check-in instructions were exactly right, and the process was unexpectedly easy, even without meeting anyone. Parking is safe and convenient. The pool is fantastic. Lots of chairs and very clean.
  : Perhaps add a couple of beach towels to the apartment for sitting poolside?

  : I liked the pool and the location.
  : The host was terrible. I arrived and found a broken bed that my husband and I couldn't sleep on. It's dirty. It's advertised as a one-bedroom, but it's a studio (no actual walls). She skimps on amenities and provides the cheapest ones available. Then when we checked out, she sprung a surprise penalty and charged us for every 15 minutes we were late. Then she charged us for the broken bed that was broken when we got there. Would not recommend.

  : Location, I had a very hard time finding this place. Maybe because we were really tired and we were having internet connection problems, maybe in other circunstaces, it woul be a better experience, it is a nice place.
  : I had a very hard time finding this place! interne in my phone was not working, and I did not know I had to leave a deposit, (since ita was an apartment not an hotel) by the time I have a connection, it was already almost 7:00pm and by the time my deposit was approved it was almost 9:00pm. and by the time I found the place it was almost 1:00 am. I know it was not your fault, but that was my expeirence, a really tired experience.
