  : I loved the location and the overall room, but the dishes were not clean and had caked-on dry egg in them. There was no dish drainer in order to fill the sink up with hot, soapy water either- so we ended up buying one at Costco in order to wash all of the dishes before we could eat a meal. I reached out in a message to let the owners know, but never received a response. I thought this was interesting considering the “professional cleaning” that was boasted.

  : The hotel did not give me information on how to find the activities at your resort. Called customer service they didn’t know where the pool or spa was! The hotel would not like me extend my stay without paying double the amount a paid for another night. Very disappointed to pay $400 to extend my stay!

  : The staff was great, the location was great, the view was breathtaking as usual! It's one of my favorite places to stay and I always recommend this resort to everyone I know. I will return some time again this summer! :) I recommend booking any good deal now...don't wait!
  : I feel the bedrooms could be updates with more comfortable beds and actually have a comforter or thicker bedding. The sheets were so thin and the bedding that was on the bed wasn't comfy either. My friends and I had major body aches from the lack of quality sleep. A tad disappointing when staying at a luxury condo/resort. After long trips and days on the beach...a nice and comfortable rest is important and does alot. I've stayed here many times and I feel like this is the first time I've encountered an issue, but it's something that can be changed easily. There was no remote in the master bedroom, we searched for 20 minutes and still nothing, so you couldn't change the TV and another television didn't work. So we had to all huddle together to use the iPad pro to watch a movie. BUT, the beautiful views and resort as a whole made up for anything lacking! Wonderful staff and location! Just breathtaking views as always! The portofino is one of my favorite places to stay!
