  : Outside was dirty on the sidewalks and entrance. The elevator was 100 degrees. No cable television.

  : There was roaches, the lighting was awful; the overhead light on the the fan did not work, you could not switch the shower to the tub, the hot and cold water setting were backwards, you only had one TV channel to watch, we were given the wrong codes to the pool and wasnt able to get into the pool area, lastly the bed was very uncomfortable.

  : We were supposed to stay 2 nights. It was 90° when we entered the room upon arrival, called to have it fixed, couldn’t be fixed until the following day at noon so we slept in 90° temps which SUCKED. Next day, finally, at 3:30 pm someone came to fix the AC unit. Told us it was not gonna be fixable and the owners would have to replace the unit. We immediately booked another room with a different company because that company (Vacasa) was no help in accommodating us in those conditions. They offered to refund me $50 (total of room was nearly $400 for one AWFUL night and the second night we didn’t even stay). Finally got refunded half. Whatever. I was just excited to get the heck out of that place. Make sure everything works before you stay.

  : The blind was broken and we had to use a hand towel to keep others from being able to see into the room.

  : Location was good. Nice pool area. The going’s are nice looking.
  : Room 1304C needs improvement. The blinds were broken and we had to hang our beach towels up so no one could see in our room. The floor is peeling up and is a trip hazard. We also found a small bug under the covers.
