  : the employees and other tenants are nice. the heated pool is a great amenity when traveling in November. its a short walk out to the beach and the view is amazing
  : room 214 was filthy when we arrived. My wife had to clean the shower and toilet before we could even think about using them. The mirrors and baseboards were filthy. Then as we woke up the next morning we noticed roaches running across the kitchen counter and along the guest bathroom floor. I went and bought spray as I could not get in touch with Vacasa and I did not want to have these unexpected guest crawling on our stuff or ending up coming home in our luggage. 6 years weve stayed T R/T but we will never stay here again.

Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Problem with shower. Shower head flew off and hit wife in the head upon first use of shower evening of arrival. Bath tub resembled bottom of cat box--pretty nasty. Called Vacasa next AM, reported problem. First day, no response from VAC. Second day still shower not fixed. Third day same problem. Fourth day mtnc man showed up and replaced shower head and hose. From our arrival until day 4 all we had for shower was a 1/2" pipe protruding from wall. Also, expected some supplies to be furnished by VAC such as trash bags, dishwasher and clothes washer detergent provided for about 2 days. Would suggest that someone from Vacasa would inspect unit before arrival of clients. Strange how such small problems leaves such bad taste. Probably would not use Vacasa again. There are many properties available to choose from.
