Disappointing

  : The view from the balcony was awesome!
  : There were dirty towels in the tub when we arrived. Blood on the sheets and not enough linens! The carpet was old and stiff from dirt! The photos made it appear that it was a two bedroom apartment but my granddaughters had to sleep on an uncomfortable fold out couch bed! The chaise on the balcony was broken and the table and chairs were covered in mildew. The vents were filthy and the digital thermostat said the filter needed changing. I could go on and on. Couldnt enjoy the hot tub/whirlpool for all the little kids jumping over our heads into it! I am sure that there are better places to stay for the money we spent! Nobody answered the phone or returned my calls when I tried to contact itrip!
