Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Blue Swell Vacation Rentals will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
