  : On arrival the door would not lock and when finally got someone on the phone they couldn't get anyone out to fix it. I had to work on the lock myself or we wouldn't been able to leave the condo with all our stuff in it nor would we have slept knowing to door wouldn't lock. Good thing I knew about the electronic lock to fix but I didn't rent to come fix things. Carpet was stained. Dining light didnt work and bath sink drain had bucket under it because of leak so had to keep eye on it and dump before full. Paint cans beside fridge and in closet. 608E room is very out dated. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting this unit.

  : location! beautiful view, homey feel to the condo, balcony furniture was very comfortable
  : Bed was very uncomfortable! Faucets in shower did not work. Property maintenance came to repair and flooded the bathroom and part of the living room carpet. Property management was very reluctant to offer any assistance other than additional towels as solution. Any options for relocation were not on the beach. Refunded bare minimum. Left and found different accommodations.
