: Condo itself was great. Had a couple of issues, but overall, the facility and condo were great.
: Had a leak from the condo above that leaked pretty bad into the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and hallway. It happens, but the lack of communication/knowledge was a little frustrating. I was contacted a few times to be asked if the leak was fixed, and I didn't know - it needed fixing in the unit above. I had reached out a couple of times because wirh the amount of water coming out of the ceiling for a couple of days, I couldn't tell if they fixed it or not. A maintenance person came in the day we reported it and said the owners of the other condo have to be contacted. I never saw anyone again after that. Not counting, we had to replace a lot of our groceries and toiletries that we just bought when we arrived. Also, there needs to be a better parking solution. Paid $50 for parking, and if we came in after 10pm, we would have to park 3-4 buildings down.
