  : Location was nice. Our room had a nice view.
  : Security or maintenance, not sure which, came barreling through our door to check for a safety lock. While we are thankful for safety precautions, a simple knock would be nice! Our washing machine was broken and full of very stagnant and stinky water, this made the entire condo smell terrible. Maintenance drained it the next evening after multiple calls, unfortunately it needed a part that had to be ordered. We were without a washing machine the entire stay.The maintenance man was very nice. Dirty socks were left on a shelf under the TV console.

  : my room was dusty, no extra blankets and it said there were only had one and it was very dirty, elevators were packed and some not working at times

  : when we arrived the refrigerator/ freezer did not work. maintenance showed up on our second day and fixed it. I have spoken to vacasa and they are supposed to reimburse me for the 1 day the refrigerator did not work

  : Elevators are horrible and need to be upgraded. With this big of a place and amount of people visiting there need to be more and faster elevators. 15 to 20 min wait for an elevator is unacceptable.

  : Building it needs some upgrades elevators wide never was able to use it.,stairs needs some repairs a least paint the building ,apartment were we stayed microwave it wasn't working,dryer was not heat properly.
