  : Gross. the first thing I saw when I entered the room and turned the lights on were all the cockroaches running all over the place. The room was filthy and all the furniture was chipped. I arrived 11:00 pm and the front desk was closed, me and a bunch of people checking in had to wait for around 20 minutes for someone to show up. A very sweet girl that looked like just got up from bed came to check us in. She was very helpful all the time and I could feel she was trying her best but the service and the premises are awful.The vending machines are broke and they just keep making you waste your quarters, and the dryers are dirty and leave your clean clothes smelling like mold.I left 5:00 am because I couldnt sleep at all. I thought that leaving the lights on would prevent the roaches to appear during the night but I was wrong and they were all over the walls and the countertop. Worst experience ever at a hotel.

  : I had to check out very early in the morning and there was no staff at the front desk. There was no sign that coud warn about the front desk hours. I found out when I logged in their web page.
