  : We loved this place! It was absolutely beautiful, location was awesome, pool was nice, lots of people on the property (if you like that) and very spacious sleeping area.
  : Checking in and the management company for this property is horrible! I booked this room late night. I tried to call early in the morning and got someone very rude on the phone, appeared she didn’t want to be bothered. I finally called back at 9am and got someone more friendly. She explained check is was at 4pm and she would send me the codes. We were done with our activities at 2pm and called for an early check in. They explained the room was being cleaned and still not ready. We waiters outside the room from 215-4pm, not one cleaning person existed the property. Horrible communication between the cleaners and rental company.

  : The overall amount of space.
  : TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, picture in dining room falling apart and this was the first time I have ever stayed somewhere toilet paper wasn’t supplied.

  : Location was great. Very spacious condo.
  : Difficult to reach anyone. Carpet was filthy. Had to have someone come and put coolant in the air conditioner.
