  : Overall, I did have a decent stay at this property. I have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it which is why I returned. I just think the its long overdue for some rennovations and could use a little more TLC. The furniture in the kitchen was a bit worn, so was the couch and the fridge and/or dish wash was leaking. I loved that it was a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath suite and that it was peaceful there. Just needs some upgrades, is all :). Value for what I got is good though.
  : As mentioned above, the place could use some updgrades/rennovations. I like the location and the setup of the property, it just outdated compared to other hotels I visit in the area.

  : The staff was exceptional, especially Heather. Heather and the lady who worked the night shift on Saturday night, July 27th were exceptional. I observed them help several customers with a lot questions, and even more complaints. Each lady handled the customers and the situations with empathy and grace.
  : The rooms were old, outdated, and stale. The carpet was extremely worn. The room was not cleaned well.

  : The size of the room was great for our ladies trip. Very conveniently located to airport, convention center and restaurants.
  : Our air was out for the first night. We had to sleep with the door open. The tv in the living room wasn’t working. The kitchen faucet dripped when running. The dishes in the cabinet was dirty as was the silverware. The downstairs bath was leaking and caused the floor to be soaked.
