  : Advertise free breakfast, we went to lobby at 8:30 an. One donut (pre-packaged) was there. Checked out at 9:30. Same donut was there. No breakfast was provided. Hotel was supposed to be smoke free, but everywhere smelled of cigarettes. Room, Hallway... etc.

  : Absolutely horrible. Very old, rundown, dirty, nasty, and unsafe. This is more of a drug motel instead of a place to stay when you need a room due to a hospital emergency. This place needs to be shut down.
  : Everything. No help at the front desk and they were just ok with the rooms being absolutely disgusting.

  : The lady downstairs during the day. The one originally from Clinton and the massage chair that took all my money lol
  : We paid $95 a night to stay there while my mom was in the hospital and the night after she passed. We had previously stayed at the embassy for a $110 a night but had booked at the medical Inn at the last minute because we thought it was less expensive and would be nice. It is like a converted apartment building or old house our rooms were very small I bought two. In both rooms the bathrooms were dirty as well as the floors in the bedding. In our room which we arrived at 12:30 at night we did not have any toilet paper and could not get any until the next morning. They were yelled at for using the front door and ring in the doorbell to be let it. We would have switched motels and went back to the embassy the next night but we were unfortunately stuck at this motel without a car seat to move by three-year-old grandson. So we tried to make the best of it. We had instacart deliver some cleaning supplies and I cleaned both rooms. When pulling back the sheets the mattresses were covered in hair. The employees were very nice and empathetic of my mother's passing but it didn't help the facility. There was supposed to be Wi-Fi and continental breakfast and there was no Wi-Fi and Day old donuts no drinks.
