  : Rooms were dirty, old and in the very back of the property. There were no room keys available so had to go to front desk to be walked with key to room. Being in the very back of the property at night with a staff was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. Felt like prisoners

  : Room keys weren't available so every time you'd leave you had to check in and be escorted to your room by staff person. Felt like a hotel prison. Room was to be a king we got a queen mattress on a king frame. Room was old not well cleaned and was behind the property...

  : The location was great, the breakfast was great, the staff working the counter was great. Hiking around the area in the mountains was spectacular.
  : The pool was closed. This was not stated anywhere before and we found out only when we came there. It seemed like this had been the case for a long time. Secondly the claimed fitness center, of which there are pictures online, has never existed.

  : Although the pool was advertised and appears fully functional through the fence, it was closed for use. It seems like the hotel just doesn't want to spend the time and resources on its maintenance. The staff was quite unfriendly and initially tried to give us a room with one bed instead of the two queen-size beds we had paid for. When we went to request the correct room, the only thing they asked us was if the room we had entered was clean after we left.The windows and bathrooms are quite worn out, the windows are difficult to open and dirty, and the shower leaks. Breakfast is better to skip than to try to eat. We recommend looking for a café nearby.Despite having many vacant rooms, they placed all the guests next to each other, so while the place was mostly empty, the three adjacent rooms likely disturbed each other.

  : The pool and spa were closed. I was traveling with my grandson who really wanted to use the pool. I was looking forward to the hot tub. When I made reservations it listed pool/spa. I would not have taken the room had I known this. No discount was offered to meeverythin

  : - AC was good- could log into netflix & youtube on the TV - hammocks outside rooms were fun to relax in especially bc the pool/spa was closed
  : - very limited breakfast options- pool/spa wasn’t open this should have been mentioned prior to booking it was super disappointing bc we had been looking forward to it- didn’t tell me there was going to be a deposit taken, had to go back to the lobby to ask them what the additional charge was aside from my booking payment - bathroom was dirty, things were visibly rusty- shower pressure sucked

  : The shower curtain didn't cover to the floor and water got out and floor wet, no covering in the bathroom window. Had to cover with paper and when room was made up only one towel was provided and no extra toilet paper

  : Room was dark and only had 1 wall sconce near garden door and a small table lamp. Bathroom was cramped plus slippery shower floor. Picture on website does not resemble our room. We left after one night.
