  : Ac is so out dated that it could not keep up and when you advertise free breakfast you should at least say it’s toast and cold cereal there was not even a pastry to be had I wouldn’t even consider that a continental breakfast it was disappointing as we book places with free breakfast to help with cost on trips as most people do

  : Okay, here's the skinny. I have been coming to this hotel for 40 years. The price compared to similar properties can't be beat. The rooms are clean and comfortable - and minimalist. I love that the floors are not carpeted, I don't have to wonder what's lurking in the fibers. The staff on the other hand doesn't care about its customers. This I experienced first hand several times. The maid, on our second day only left one towel in our room. When I asked for another at the front desk, I was told they had no more. On our first day in the breakfast nook area, weWere there 40 min before the announced closing time, they were out of coffee and pretty much everything. I went to the front to tell the person there (named Mia), she went to the breakfast area and, clearly angry, started to make coffee. She announced to the room at large that "You do know that the breakfast service ends at 10!" I asked her if she knew that that was in 40 minutes. She didn't answer and left the room, going back to her cell phone in the front. The hotel would be more honest not advertising a non existent breakfast. I put the do not disturb sign up after I got a towel the next day and kept it there, preferring to clean our own room rather than loos a towel.

  : My overall experience at the property was quite underwhelming and unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a dirty and run-down environment with peculiar furniture scattered around and a church service taking place upstairs, which was unexpected. The room assigned to us was uncomfortably hot and had a strange odor, prompting us to turn on the air conditioning and try to make the best of the situation.The following morning, during breakfast, my disappointment grew as I discovered only stale bread and cereal available with no options for protein or for those with dietary restrictions limiting sugar and carbs intake. This lackluster breakfast offering further diminished my opinion of the establishment.To add to the disappointments, there were bugs and frogs present in our room, along with individuals loitering outside our sliding glass door. Taking all these factors into account, I would rate my experience at a mere 0.5 out of 10.
