  : 4:00 check-in. Light switch at door wasnt connected to lights. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Apple juice and orange juice dispenser wern't working.

  : Terrible, awful room1. Banana stickers pasted in walls, 2.bugs in sink and flying around room3. Food crumbs in the bed4. Lamp shades stained and dirty5. Smoke detector beeping- told to take the battery out but there was none 6. Inside of door lock without cover7. Dirty sink8. Dirty toilet 9. Dirty floors10. Room was filthy everywhere 11. smells 12. Stains on floor

  : Staff very nice. Room very nice.
  : When we arrived, it was extremely hot inside the entire building. Staff told us that the air conditioning was broke and had been for a while. Still waiting for it to be fixed. They told us check in was at 4 PM. We called and they even said that we could arrive a little early at 3:30. As we had a car full of kids. we got there at 3:30, to a very hot lobby, and was told that check-in was exactly at 4 PM. So we sat in the heat and waited. At 4 PM, there was still no room ready for us. We waited another hour while they were scrambling, figuring out what to do. They were still cleaning the room, and had to wait for inspection. Finally by 5 PM after sitting in the lobby for an hour and a half, we made it to a room.We were very excited to relax in the pool and the hot tub, but of course the hot tub was closed for repairs. We had talked about it all day of how nice it would be to relax in the hot tub, and then when we get there, it is closed. Very very disappointing .

  : Hardwood/laminate floors are a plus!
  : Taking a cold shower at 7 am and no breakfast at 8 am. There were several other hotel guests in the breakfast area also complaining of having to take a cold shower and the fact there was no breakfast items left and the one staff person we talked to just stated, Sorry and went on their way. Definitely felt like we didn't matter.

  : The pool was semi heated and open late.
  : There was nothing but toast for the breakfast when a male staff was asked about the warm food he rudely replied I didn't have much to start with. There were no towels in the pool area. The beds were very hard and the sheets were not clean.
