  : We were put into a handicap room even though we didn't request one and they knew I had 3 small children. I really needed a bathroom with a bath tub for my 2 year old. I chose this hotel because their was a pool and a continental breakfast. The breakfast consisted of blueberry muffins and granola bars. This is not at all what was pictured. As for the pool it was locked Saturday night so we couldn't use it. My kids and I tried to go at 7:30 but again it was locked. After calling the front desk we were told it wouldn't open until 9. We decided to wait so they would at least have a little time in the pool before check out at 11. At 9:15 it was still locked. We went to the front desk and were told it would be 15 minutes. Again we decided to stay because my kids really wanted to go to the pool. The entire reason we stayed at this hotel in Myrtle Beach instead of driving home from a dance competition was so we could enjoy the pool. After waiting another hour we finally changed clothes and were walking outside to leave when an employee said hey do you want to go to the pool I can unlock it. It was 10:35 and check out was at 11. I told her it was too late. We had waited all morning. The sheets had stains on them and there was hair on one of the sheets. I would rather sleep in a parking lot with 3 kids than ever stay here again.

  : Wierd to say but despite of the bike events going on the hotel was literally empty so it was quiet..
  : The stale smell in the room,if it being sanitized and cleaned it should be fresher than that,and the air unit need to be upgraded..and need to hire help

  : This location was very centrally located for where we needed to be. Restaurants and attractions were very close to our family members we visited. We will use this property in the future.
