: Location was ok, 10-15 min walk from hotel to Niagara state park. Good part is that a lot of eateries are present around the hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was very spacious.Scrambled egg and pancakes that were served were very good and tasty.
: Breakfast served was ok, no variety. Stayed there for three days, all three days same breakfast, no change in menu. No bagels or oatmeal were served. During breakfast hours, the seating area is very crowded, no place to sit - as very small place was there for seating area.

: Check in was smooth - parking included was a bonus - location was good - some areas throughout hotel and room were very clean - shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap were good supply and brand - liked having fridge, microwave, and safe to keep our possessions in.
: Elevator made a scary noise every time we rode it - outside of doors to rooms needs cleaned - in our room, the bathroom wasn't very clean - counter looked like it had been half way wiped down - when mirror light was on, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while - base of toilet had not been cleaned in a while - furniture for sitting wasn't very comfortable but we figured room is configured as handicapped - morning of checkout, determined toilet had leaked overnight all over my toiletries bag - reported when we checked out and staff was appreciative. My husband likes a cold room but this room was very cold and system didn't seem to respond to turning up the temp until we switched it to fan.

: Location 9f hotel to attractions was great, everything was in walking distance
: Hotel breakfast, very little options for bread and pastries they only had white bread, cereal was stale, and only offered bacon and runny eggs and the staff running breakfast was very rude and disrespectful.
