  : The bed, for 2 adults was very small and what they charged for a cleaning fee was ridiculous, but we did not know about this fee until after we'd already booked the room

  : Great spot . Wonderful view. Spacious and comfortable furniture. Fairly quiet except some early morning dogs yipping until screaming humans made them stop. Truly a spectacular place all in all.Walked easily to good places to eat. Great time watching storms approach and beautiful sunsets.
  : Worse was the water heater went out and i didnt realize it until their maintenence person was off work. So no shower or bath or dishwashing for 36 hours. When he came it was fixed quickly and hot water restored . I called back to see if i could get a discount for no hot wstet but they said they would need to talk to management and they would call me back. They never did. I would appreciate some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. .Old pots and pans should be replaced with stainless steel.. Teflon pans are toxic and scratched up. Double bed was fine for a single person but saggy center and not a queen won't work for two very well.

  : Check in time at 4pm..wanting us to leave by 10amOverpriced!!!.this is condo.. no view from balcony..unless you stand...the people who live year round in these condos do not like the fact that some of these units are rentals..we were treated badly..no amenties..a coffee pot no coffee..no near by parking for 2nd car..OVERPRICED..UNPLEASANT NEIGHBORS.

  : Location was excellent, right on a beach, with easy beach access right down the street. The property is on a one-way street, however, and a little hard to locate because our GPS kept trying to get us to turn up the one way street. Kitchen was fine, and two bathrooms were a real plus. Overall, the apartment itself was a nice place to stay in Nye Beach.
  : Instructions and communications weren't always clear. The lockboxes with keys for the apartments are in a big bank on the wall next to the laundry room, but we didn't know this when we arrived. Also, we couldn't access the "guest portal"--kept telling us we had no reservation. And the sheet of instructions in the apartment told us to strip the beds and take the sheets and towels down to the laundry room and wash them before we left. We carried everything down and then discovered the washers required payment and there was no soap. Needless to say, the linens were left in the apartment, unwashed. This ceated an unpleasant departure for us, unfortunately.
