: A great location and spacious apartment. Very convenient place for a small family. It is also well equipped. The communication with the property manager was easy and efficient.
: The place (appt 3F) is quite typical in a nice building but does not qualify for luxury at all. Some renovation, furniture replacement and cleaning are urgently needed. The room window doesnt close, the coach is really dirty, the rug too and the general state of the place is in bad condition.

: The location of the property is excellent, and the property owner let us check-in early at noon.
: The property is very old and needs renovation. We had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs with no help. There was no service whatsoever. Our apartment was not cleaned once during our five-night stay despite paying a substantial cleaning fee. We emailed the property to clean our room, and there was no response; we also called the service telephone number provided by the property, and there was no answer. Other than the location of the property, our stay was a disappointing experience. We will not stay at this place again.

: It was easy to get into the apartment and the location is excellent, right new Washington Square. There is a beautiful balcony and the rooms were spacious. The towels and sheets were of the highest quality. You feel like you are really living in a New York city apartment.
: It would have been nice to know that you have to climb 49 steps up to the apartment as there is no elevator. With bags, this was difficult. The air conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The door to the bedroom must be left open to enjoy the cooled air.

: Th location is amazing. The flat is ok but not luxurious like it is said on the title. Its a charming typical NYC old flat. the view on the courtyards is pretty. its spacious.
: Its not very clean, broken and dirty windows. Also the building is very old , dusty , noisy. The door doesnt lock very well. The fridge is noisy. I had to change one of the kitchen bulb myself. There are weird decoration ideas : a very large bed backrest is located in front of the window making the bedroom dark and the windows view unaccessible. There are too many closets. Some lamps dont work. We were not received well. The host is absolutely unprofessional. She doesnt answer for important informations like the exact address for days before departure and then harassed me of watsap, emails, phone calls for the payment without checking if I had paid already which I did. Honestly ABCstay is terrible. She made our arrival and departure the most stressful. I dont recommend at all. If this flat was better taken care of it would be very good price/quality .
