  : The location is very good with easy access to many facilities.
  : The reception staff - some of them act as they are doing you a favour. The breakfast was below average with minimal stuff. I guess this standard stuff in NY but for international travellers quite average.

  : The location is superb. Our room was on the 31st floor. Within a busy Time Square once we were in our room it was nice and quiet, we felt very secure in this hotel. The hotel had a security feature of scanning the key card on the elevator to get to our desired floor/room. We were steps away from the subway and bus lines.
  : There were no available bathroom facilities on the main level during our stay. We had to use the bathroom facilities on the lower level.

  : The location is great. Walking distance to the Times Square, close to metro station. The room is quiet, we don’t hear anything from the street.
  : The staff is friendly but not professional enough, from the reception to the cleaning staff:1. While checking in,I was asked to pay a guarantee of 549$, but actually the full amount of 1466.72$ was taken. I still don’t understand how they could get much higher amount than what I had authorized. 2. I went to verify with the reception team, the new person told me that they took 549$ as deposit and I used 740$ (something like this) as debit, which didn’t make sense at all: so I had to insist several times that my bank had already taken 1466.72$ from my account, it didn’t match any number that she told me. Then she printed out a receipt impatiently because I was annoying her a lot. There on the invoice, it stated clearly that they made me pay the whole amount at the beginning. I didn’t even challenge again on how this happened, as the lady’s attitude was so unpleasant. 3. Cleaning lady didn’t even take away or cleaned our used glass; didn’t restock our mini bar for two days while it stated clearly that they would do so on daily basis.
