  : First reason, the girl on reception said we will have cleaning every 3 days, so we stayed 4 days and nobody came to clean, girl on reception said I’m supposed to ask them to clean my room.Normally in hotels they are doing this without asking and if I don’t want, for example, I put a little badge on my door to state that I don’t need cleaning.Second reason, is the ceiling in the bathroom, it was leaking and was covered with mushrooms/ damp…When I told this to the women on reception, she said I should have told her this before, when I asked her “when the cleaner is cleaning rooms before putting customers inside, are they not checking the room and not saying anything to her?” She said no! So if I wouldn’t have said to her, the next customer will stay also in the hotel with mushrooms…Third reason is towels, they are with black lines as from small wheels and with hole…Forth reason is the blanket which I can’t call a blanket.It was just a duvet between two sheets, it was not comfortable to sleep and felt cheap.Finally, today when we needed to check out, there was a broken elevator. We received a call 30 minutes before check out to advise us of this, my girlfriend was shocked and asked the receptionist if she was serious and informed your staff we have very heavy luggage with us; the receptionists said yes and that she ‘just wanted to give us a heads up’. After taking our two smaller luggage down to reception, I asked your receptionist if there was anyone available to help us carry heavy suitcase down from the 11th floor. She said no and if we had any problems about hotel, to contact management. I found this extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, she had no sympathy, no empathy and didn’t want to try find a solution to help us all what she was doing it is pointing on official email of management and saying to contact this…I hope you will understand me and hopefully you will check your personal in hotel.

  : The location is good. Not far from the busy Times Square and not far from the metrop station. The bed was confortable. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming.
  : The place was not clean, the floor was dirty and I had to use wipes to clean myself. The bathroom was worse, they should do their best to make sure the cleaners do their job properly. I understand that the room is very small but to be unclean is unacceptable.

  : Was not clean , there was still a Christmas tree outside , there was a random guy just sitting in reception ( the workers friend I think ) and he creeped the kids out . They didn’t want to go back
