  : The place was clean, but that's all I could say
  : The couch was on its last thread. The cushions were so thin you were sitting on what felt like wires! The bed in the one bedroom was very unstable and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping on it. We put the mattress on the floor because we were worried the bed legs were going to break. The rug was old and shredded. It didn't feel very homely.

  : There was plenty of space for 4 guests staying for 5 nights. The closet space in one room and dresser in the other was ample. In-suite laundry and dish washer was a great perk, along with how clean the property was upon our arrival. The level of security to enter the property was also appreciated. Our host was incredibly polite, quick to respond, and was always readily available to answer questions during all aspects of our stay.
  : Location of the property was the biggest complaint. A major rail line runs behind the property that hosted 4-8 trains a day blowing horns at each crossing, some running at night. The neighbourhood is also not particularly the nicest, however we never felt unsafe while inside the property. Walking in groups during the day was no problem but Uber/Lyft or your own personal car would be our recommendation for getting to and from the property at night.

  : They put me in my 4 person group in the smallest property they had available . It says 2 king bedroom special , I had to argue w them for me to move into the proper apartment I paid for . 2 week reservation and I only stayed in the 2 king bedroom suite for 5 days . They seem very bias to who they are giving the larger apartments to. Ppl ofcolor seem to get the smaller units . Whilst other w ethnicities get the bigger units . The WiFi also went out damn near every other day . I wouldnt book here again .

  : First of all, I paid and instructions were sent to my email about a gate code to access gate then a code for the door to enter the building. Mind you that gate code given in the email is a scam because the gate is never locked its always left open. Its an opened gate, period! If you value your car and valuables then dont rent this apartment. 2. The code in the email was not able to open the door to the apartment. I called the owner and he gave three different combinations which never worked. Then he said hold on let me get back to you. I have to call management. Then he sends a txt again, saying add a # at end of the number combination. Mind you the keypad had no # or *. Also the apartment downstairs had a party of some sort going on. So it was really noisy. Not an ideal place if you are driving from out of town and want to have a good rest. I had to resort to getting a hotel. Whiles on the way to the hotel the owner txts me that I need to push the door harder because the door had swollen. I was not having none of it. Im not going to mess with someones door and have my security deposit taken. Long story short! Dont waste your time.

  : It was very private and safe.
  : The train track was directed behind our apartment and it woke us every time it passed by. The furniture in the living room needs to be changed as it was very old and the couch was broken. There was no shower just a bath, which made it very difficult to wash my hair.

  : We weren't able to relax in the living room because the springs in the couch were popping out.The hallway and stairs were filthy. Even entering the building was disgusting, with garbage including a used female sanitary pad.

  : Front gate to out place wouldnt work. Had to carry luggage from other side of the complex. Didnt have enough towels No hand soap to wash hands Food on the counter which tells me nothing was cleaned before arrival Couch in the living room had no cushion at all and was all springs. Had an old musty smell to the entire building

  : the cleanliness of the unit was great and location was not far from down town.
  : There was no parking for the unit, do to a broken gate and we needed to park down the street and walks good ways back to the unit because the street access close to the unit was taken up.
