  : cute porch, spacious, 2 bathrooms, plenty of towels, close to Cumberland farms, nice walk to town
  : windows dirty, blinds were broken, no screens in some windows, mold spot in upstairs tub, spotty wifi & tv service, fan in spare room with broken dial & could not change speed, fan in living room didn’t work, called for repair of fan & replace broken fan but no response

  : The location was great!
  : The house was falling apart a bit. Screens were missing, a toilet paper roll holder kept falling out of the wall (another one must have already fallen out and the hole was covered with a metal plate), the dryer handle was replaced with a clamp, the downstairs toilet sounded like a train taking off, the shower curtain was held up with cardboard, the furniture was dated (and not in a cute, shabby chic way). Lastly, the price went from $1700 to $3000 after adding in fees - felt like a bait & switch.

  : the porch was lovely if you overlooked the black mold growing on the ceiling
  : we paid $4700 for a 4 night stay and the “full sized” bed was so rock guard we had to put the comforter under the sheets to sleep in it. The toaster didn’t work, the dishwasher only ran on light rinse, the downstairs toilet screams like someone is being murdered, the light fixture was hanging by a thread, the furniture is old and worn, the tv malfunctioned continually, there was no grill as promised and no he’s h chairs also as promised, there is only one window AC, the other room has a tiny tan, the shades are still broken, the list could go on and on. Shame on you!

  : Great location ! Dated furnishings etc.
  : The trash/recycling situation was confusing and unnecessarily stressful trying to figure out what to put where and in what bin/bag as nothing was clearly marked. There were not enough bins outside for each recyclable item and none was marked. Recommendation: allow the cleaning staff to take care of the trash and recyclables and charge extra if needed!
