  : Breakfast was ok but overpriced in my view. Space size of room was fine. There was a nice looking inviting pool n gym but l did not get to use them as l was out most of the day.
  : There was no kettle in my room, only a coffee maker.not all guests are American or coffee drinkers. There was no kettle to give for the exception. I had to either go get water downstairs or use the coffee maker n end up with tea smellong like coffee. Bed creaked. My room overlooked a functions tent which was busy blasting music half the night. In the morning staff busy knocking on doors waking us up for housekeeping qnd chatting loudly amongst themsleves in the corridor. No signage to put on doors to say Dont Disturb or dont clean today etc. When checking in in the middle of the night after a long flight, problems as my bank blocked the card as the hotel had tried 3x to get money before l got there. I was told would have to wait for the morning in the reception as l could not be checked in, despite that l was booked for 4 nights. If l did not have someone who dropped me at the hotel, l would have slept on the chair in reception waiting for the bank to open. Very unprofessional.and unwelcoming reception. Hotel has no shuttle n is not near any bus or train routes.Not suitable for non driving guests. Was overpriced in my view.

  : Venue, beautiful grounds
  : A couple of unfortunate mishaps. First, 1 of the 2 rooms booked wasn’t ready. Check in is at 3pm, and I would expect my room to be ready. We traveled from afar and to arrive at around 3:45pm and my room not ready, we’ll that was frustrating especially when we had an event to attend. Secondly, when I booked I requested joined rooms and somehow that request never came through. Very disappointed!We go to LA frequently for events not sure if I’ll book with Hilton again.

  : My family and I have been coming to this hotel for years. Location right off the freeway plenty of places to choose from to have a meal access is easy to the hotel.
  : disappointed to learn water is no longer complementary my coffee maker was broken I asked them to replace it no one ever showed up housekeeping came at nine in the morning I wasn’t ready I’ll let housekeeping know to come later we left the hotel at noon housekeeping never came back very disappointed
