  : Getting keys was good, person welcoming us seemed ok, departure was bad, bad, bad!!!Almost forced to cash caution, cards are not welcome for that purpose. I asked a receipt but nothing in return...
  : If I had to take an airplane that day, I would of missed it!No replies on the phone, no answer to my message, over 2 hours wait time.Responsible person did not care, this was not good at all compared to my previous trip there with another host.Balcony door blocked, many small things :(

  : Nothing this is fraud.
  : The host is very disrespectful and provides poor quality service. He refuse to take AMX but had no disclosure of this, I tried to cancel but he would not allow it. He continue to say that my AMX was not valid. At that point I told him that I will not be staying at his location as he refuse to accept AMX. I book at a Hilton to have peace of mind, then later find out that the owner ended up charging my AMX, that I have emails of he said it is not valid. I have put a dispute and hopefully will get this resolved. He will convert USD to EURO with no disclosure at your expense. The reviews are accurate, go with a safe reservation at a hotel and avoid getting scam with all the hassle. STAY AWAY!

  : The host. This is literally when they say to you "This is not what it looks like". They charged me half with one card for reservation, which is normal. Then, I wasn't able to pay because they needed the same card of the reservation (which I didn't have phisically because it was my office's card). They took pictures of my card and my office's card for proof. They charged me in Euros the second half with a big change rate commission, which I shouldn't have paid. Finally but not less important, they charged me a $300 security deposit in cash, so I wasn't able to spend that money in my stay, but have it with me on my way back to Chile. Awful service. It felt like they treated me as a thief.

  : I normally never write a review BUT I feel this is much needed so I can help other people not make the same mistake. So to start the trip off, we were placed in a condo we did not book. YES, that is correct Booking placed us in a completely different room and did not do one thing to make this right. No discount, room credit, comped alcohol, later check out NOTHING. The staff was very rude and herded us in like we were cattle. They were very unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. The views were still beautiful but this doesn’t compare to the room I originally booked. Who flys across the country and come to find out they give you a completely different room that is no where close to what you paid for. They still made me put a deposit down even after we had such a horrible experience and took a picture of my credit card... very sketchy. This guy is scamming people, do not book through this company!

  : The owner gives you the rate in dollars and then charges you in Euros. He misleads you. Booking should do something about it , because I'm not the first one with this issue
