  : Gate to property unsecure and is a joke. Had trouble with door 2 uniit. The battery was dead and staff made no attempt to change it that night. Had 2 stay without my belongings that night.Property made no attempt to compensate us for the inconvenience. Property had a musty smell, floor was badly scratched up, and walls could use paint

  : The neighborhood is good, close to Lincoln Road, pretty chill area.
  : Now a couple of things disappointed: 1) The first room we got in had a broken bed so we had to contact the property owners to move to another room. I got a call from the support and ask them to send me an email with all the information regarding new room to one address, and the guy never did that, for 2 days i was asking him to send me at least a screenshot but never happened. Thankfully i was able to access booking.com in order to see the message... 2) It was incredibly annoying that I wasnt able to contact the property owner neither via email or whatsapp, i had to ask friends with an american number in order to get in touch with them. Super unprofessional. 3) In the second apartment we didnt have enough kitchen utensils, one of the pans was burned. 4) Check-in is at 4 pm not 12 pm as it says 5) Also i think there was a beehive nearby because every day i found a dozen of dead bees at the apartment 6) Finally, I asked to send me a pdf invoice file, and they sent me a regular message with all the information that is supposed to be in the invoice. Like solve the puzzle...

  : There were several damages to the property, the water did not work in the fridge. The TV did not work. We called several times to have the maintenance guy come fix it but no one ever came. We was even told the property manager would be contacted but never heard from anyone. We werent even told about the parking situation until we got there. If its your first time in Miami beach, please be advised that there is no free parking for visitors, not even on street parking. I heard the parking situation being compared to New York, definitely not. Towing people's cars is a norm on Miami beach. Despite parking misfortunes, my trip was amazing and I would visit again.

  : The window in the bathroom wouldn’t close, it was broken. All the dishes were dirty. There were white stains on the couches. The tv only had 1 channel. The fridge leaked water.

  : Stove and fridge were broken; no toilet paper was provided; the handle to the bathroom was broken; the floors were extremely dirty; we got locked out after our pin for the door decided not to work and we were stuck outside for 25 minutes trying to get ahold of the staff; AC was way too loud; no one ever came to fix the facilities or to bring us toilet paper so we ended up buying it ourselves along with some ice for our cooler since the fridge was not working and we had food that had to be refrigerated; parking around the area was VERY expensive

  : Location to Lincoln Rd pedestrian Mall was perfect and good restaurants on Espinola Way. Walking to tour Art Deco historic district wasnot too far and the beach also. Just note you cannot park on street anywhere without meter- 17th Street garage is the cheapest but stilla good 10 minute walk. Empty car out and then park car.
  : Although room was quiet towels were ripped, not enough supplied and the extras in closet were not clean. Fora 5 day stay not enough toiletpaper nor plastic bags for trash supplied. Had trouble getting into room on arrival- code given would not open door. After 45 minutes and texts back and forth they moved us to another room that was available and a code finally opened door.
