  : Amazing location-10 mins walk to Venice Beach. The pools were great! Heated, so great for a dip on a cloudy day. The apartment was roomy and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. Also, the kitchen was well equipped.
  : The booking procedure was very tedious and time-consuming. Good luck if you’re trying to book this place for the following day. The admin people kept on asking us to send a screenshot of our credit card statement proving that we had received “an amount less that 2 dollars” from them. This didn’t appear on our statement for days and we had to ask them to send it again, even though it showed on the statement that the full amount had been paid to Adobe already. Really irritating. Also, although the company gave excellent directions to the apartment, the stated gps address was wrong. Why not give the street name and house number of the key pick up, rather than the name of an unmarked alley? Weird. And finally, the coffee pot didn’t match the machine. It’s a shame, because you can tell the company tries really hard to get things right but they haven’t quite managed it.

  : The building itself was fine and the pool area although old was ok.
  : This place was absolutely disgusting. Carpets ripped with exposed carpet nails. Blocked toilet and showers. Bugs in the kitchen. Old and worn furniture. Blood stains on the main bedroom carpet. Blinds missing. My family has to vacate this property. Various broken items in the kitchen. The place smelt damp and old. Management although responsive at first made us wait hours and hours to resolve the issues. They offered us another place in the building that was just as bad. We had to checkout and find a new place. The company still charged us for 2 nights although we stayed for only one due to the fact that we were waiting to find out what they would do about things. They kept us so long they said we had to be charged another nights fee even though we had packed up and left as the place was a health hazard. I wouldn't recommend this place or the management company. Awful ruined part of my vacation.

  : Loved the location! And the communication with us was prompt! The space was beautiful as well.
  : However, we were a party of 6 and we’re only provided 4 towels. When I asked for more they made it clear more towels were outside of the scope for our rental. They did bring extra, but brought them a full day later. The kitchen also could be stocked better for a “starter kitchen” there should be a toaster included and enough laundry soap and dish soap for the length of the stay of short term.
